Hey neighbors!
A quick reminder of our neighborhood meeting this Tuesday, April 7th, from 6 - 8 pm to discuss our HOA governing documents. For more information on the meeting and directions, please go to Meeting Info.
Some of our current governing documents were drafted 40 years ago, prior to construction of our homes. It is necessary to update them to ensure relevance to present conditions and to comply with Colorado law, which requires HOAs to amend governing documents as statutes evolve.
